Is the equipment (cryptocurrency miners) that you sell new?

Yes, brand new. All miners are in factory packaging.

Do you give a warranty on the equipment?

Yes, we give a 6-12 month warranty on all miners, depending on the equipment supplier. The warranty period begins on the date of receipt of the equipment.

Do you deliver the equipment to the customer? How much does it cost?

Yes, our company delivers the equipment to the customer. The cost of delivery is calculated based on the customer’s address, weight and volume of the parcel. The cost of delivery is included in the total purchase amount.

Can I pick up the miner from your office or warehouse?

No, our offices are in Japan. All equipment is stored in our partners’ warehouses in China, several European countries, the USA and Canada.
In case of large corporate or private orders the conditions of self-departure are discussed individually.

You only accept payment in Cryptocurrency and Stablecoins, are you scammers?

It is up to you to decide whether to buy a miner from our company. Payment in cryptocurrency avoids the difficulties of international money transfers and double taxation. These factors help reduce the cost of the equipment being sold and the cost of shipping. We use a third-party Payment Gateway to accept payment. All of your funds are on hold until you make a note of receipt of the equipment from the shipping company. If not, all of your funds will be returned to you in full. It’s secure.

With so many miners, why aren’t you mining cryptocurrencies yourself?

We are a trade and investment company. We don’t have enough space to house miners and we don’t have cheap electricity. This line of business is quite new for our company. We have been selling unclaimed miners since 2017.

Are you an official partner of companies producing equipment for mining cryptocurrencies (Bitmain, Canaan, MicroBT, INNOSILICON, iPollo, ICERIVER etc.)?

No, we sell their equipment purchased from our personal partners or third parties (verified contractors). Also, we buy large batches from manufacturers on a one-time basis.

Why are your prices lower than those of manufacturers and many resellers?

Because, we purchase new unclaimed miners from our partners. In order to be competitive, we set the price a bit lower than the market average.

Can I pre-order a specific miner?

Unfortunately, no. We only sell equipment in stock. Or on special terms in agreement with our management.

How do I get a refund? And what are the guarantees?

We refund the entire amount of bitcoins on a transaction even if the exchange rate has changed. Our organization is an official Japanese company that is part of a large international holding. We guarantee the purity of all trade transactions.

I have a lot of new miners, can your company purchase them?

No problem, contact our employees by phone or email. Our sales agent will contact you and offer terms to buy your equipment (note that we offer 30-60 percent of the price in the official stores of the manufacturers of miners).

How long do I have to wait for my purchased miner?

The order is processed five business days, followed by shipment to the customer. Delivery time depends on your location and postal service (usually a week to a month).

What taxes and duties do I have to pay when getting a miner?

You must pay all taxes and duties according to the customs and tax laws of the country where the cryptocurrency mining equipment is imported.
The purchase of the miner includes a 0.9% import tax in its final price.

I want to reduce the tax burden or not pay taxes at all. Can you specify another type of electronic equipment in the accompanying documents for the miner?

Yes, it is possible. We know that in some countries it is possible to significantly reduce the taxes and duties paid on specific electronic equipment. Be sure to mention this when ordering your miner.
Please note that we are not responsible for any problems that may occur at customs in the recipient’s country (but it usually ends well). You do all of the above at your own risk.

Can you understate the price of the miner in the declaration or state that it is a gift?

No, it’s a tax crime.

If the equipment doesn’t work or comes damaged. How do I return or replace it?

Create a ticket to the support service. Describe your situation in detail and how it happened. Attach a video, a photo of the faulty miner. As well as attach a photo and video of its serial numbers, from the miner and its packaging.
The support team will analyze it and let you know whether to replace the miner or refund your funds.

I buy a large number of miners from you to create a mining farm. Can you help me install and configure the equipment?

Yes, we have affiliated companies that do this internationally. These offers are discussed individually with each customer.


Hosting FAQ

What guarantees will I have when I pay for hosting?

You get a contract of ownership of the purchased equipment, their serial numbers, as well as a photo of each installed miner.

Can I get a physical miner?

Yes, absolutely. At your first request, the miner will be sent to you. It is free during the paid hosting period.

Are my miners serviced technically?

Yes, around the clock. Specialists are constantly inspecting the miners and checking their availability on the network.

If my miner fails?

Your miner will be sent for repair, and you will be provided with a similar miner for the period of its absence. After your miner is repaired and tested, it will be put back into service.

Can I inspect my equipment at its location myself?

No. The equipment is located in a specially protected area on the territory of a hydroelectric power plant in the province of Quebec in Canada.

If you increase the cost of electricity, will the price of hosting change for me?

During the paid period the price for hosting will remain the same for you.

Will your service plans include the latest equipment from miner manufacturers?

Yes, of course. We’re working on it all the time.
